CosmicPvPTest began in June 2018 with a simple goal: create the perfect Minecraft Factions server that combined classic gameplay with modern features. What started as a small community quickly grew into one of the most beloved Factions servers of its era.

To be clear: CosmicPvPTest was an independent, community-run server built as a test-styled take on the CosmicPvP gameplay experience. It featured similar gameplay — but it was owned and operated entirely by its own separate team, and was never part of, endorsed by, or connected to CosmicPvP or its owners.

The server was known for its epic faction wars, balanced economy, custom enchantments, and regular KOTH (King of the Hill) events. Players from around the world formed alliances, built massive bases, and competed for dominance in the cosmic battlefield.

At its peak in 2020, CosmicPvPTest hosted over 500 concurrent players, with hundreds of active factions competing for supremacy. The community was tight-knit, the competition was fierce, and the memories were unforgettable.

Features that made CosmicPvPTest special included:

• Classic Factions gameplay with modern optimizations
• Custom enchantments and unique items
• Regular KOTH and PvP events with massive rewards
• Balanced economy with player-driven markets
• Active staff team and community
• Cosmic-themed builds and custom maps

While CosmicPvPTest closed in 2022, its legacy lives on. The same team that made CosmicPvPTest great, led by Beadle, has launched StellarFactions.com - bringing the same quality, passion, and community-first approach to a new generation of Factions players.
